Eligibility for Returns

You can return a product within 7 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Products purchased during a sale or clearance may not be eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Initiating a return is simple and quick:

  • Pack the product securely and hand it over to the courier service arranged by us or ship it to our address as instructed.
  • Contact our customer support team via email or phone, providing your order ID and reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued as follows:

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return is approved.
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank account).
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or transferred to your bank account upon request.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that show signs of wear and tear or deliberate damage.
  • Customized or stitched products (e.g., tailored saree or saree blouses).

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Charges for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
  • For other returns (e.g., size issues or change of mind), the customer may bear the return shipping cost.
